The start of something new

This is the first entry of I hope very many. For many years now I'm in love with Peregrine falcons. I've studied them, admired them, I've tried to understand them, but they keep amazing me with their beauty and splendour.

Because I've learned so much about them, I've started to write everything down: behaviour, anatomy, breeding,. It has turned into a large website http://www.falcoperegrinus.nl/. Still in Dutch, but I'm very busy translating it into English as well.

This Blog is for writing down daily observations from different nestsites all over the world. The ones which are special to me: Rochester, Terminal Tower, Derby, Oberhausen. And with a little luck the one of De Mortel.
