Took awhile this morning, but found Tiger on a window ledge on the 17th floor. We figure that he fledged yesterday between our visits to the site, but he was in a spot where we couldn't see him from down below. We were able to get up today, but it still took awhile because we couldn't see him even up there until he peeked out from a window ledge (and was partially blocked by scaffolding). Couldn't get up there until 7AM, but saw food brought in at 6:30AM from down below-- SW took the food from Buckeye and went onto the roof, but she was out of view from below (knowing what we know now we think Tiger was up there at the time and was fed then). No other fledges today.
