Rochester youngsters

All pics are courtesy of mr. Jim Pisello!

The 5 Rochester youngsters are doing great and learning fast. Today the watchers even saw young Seneca practising the stoop! It's amazing how this young falcon who was the last one to fledge is now all of a sudden number one in almost everything. Good for her! She already has great arial skills, even so well that watchers saw how she folded her wings against her body , tumbled forwards and down she went in a real stoop! She fledged just days ago this little falcongirl!
Jim Pisello has beautiful pics and a great report on his Blog. Be sure to visit!

Derby Cathedral Peregrine project

A beautiful sunny morning again, and our youngster where there. Taking a sunbath. I'm happy to see all 3 of them.

One of the adults was in the nestbox for a very long time. Scraping a bowl and actually laying in the bowl as if he or was it the falcon was breeding. They do keep amazing me.
