And there he was, our youngster. Hopping on the edge of the nestbox. Sitting very confident of himself, feeling pretty good! And what a beautiful sight it was! In the early morning sunlight which shows his brown plumage he made a wonderful appearence. The 4 youngsters are grwoning pretty quick. The 2 eldest ones are loosing their white down fast, and underneath is that beautiful brown juvenile plumage. The youngest is a few days behind.
There will be more and more wingflapping coming up!
